About Colantonio, Inc.
Colantonio, Inc. is an award-winning construction management and general contracting firm based in Holliston, Massachusetts.
Established in 1978, they specialize in academic, commercial, industrial, and historical restoration projects in both private and public sectors.

The Challenge:
Colantonio, like many construction companies, found themselves jumping between multiple products and environments, leading to a cumbersome user experience, inefficient navigation, and disjointed communication. As an industry leader in the construction industry with numerous job locations, seamless communication and collaboration were crucial for delivering high-quality services.
The organization needed a solution that would improve team interaction, streamline document management, and boost employee engagement.
The Solution:
Aerie addressed these challenges by conducting workshops to identify user needs and align the design with Colantonio’s priorities and branding. We implemented a SharePoint Hub Site using a combination of standard and custom webparts, resulting in a central hub tailored to the needs of various departments. The new platform facilitated easy access to information, enhanced collaboration among teams, and connected employees across different sites.
To improve efficiency within their organization, we developed automation flows to help team members quickly and easily set up Project sites. This automation sets up sites, default folder structures, Teams and Channels in Microsoft Teams all with the click of a button!
