The Challenge:
LCB’s previous SharePoint Intranet design was outdated, leading to cumbersome user experience, inefficient navigation, and a fragmented communication platform. They implemented a SharePoint Hub Site using a combination of standard and custom webparts, resulting in a central hub tailored to the needs of various departments. Combining this with individual department sites (spokes), the improved platform facilitated easy access to information, enhanced collaboration among teams, and connected employees across different sites.
