John joined Aerie during his senior year as a Managed Cloud Services Engineer. Upon graduation, he transitioned to a full-time role and quickly began racking up Microsoft certifications. His development skills impressed both clients and our team, propelling him to the position of Solution Engineer in early 2024, where he remains today. 

As a Solution Engineer, John works with clients to troubleshoot Microsoft challenges and creates custom solutions to meet their needs. He's always improving existing solutions and innovating new strategies. Internally, John plays a crucial role in developing our Dynamics 365 and other systems. Additionally, he contributes to blog writing, team development, and is always looking for ways to advance the company.

One of John's favorite aspects of Aerie is the camaraderie of his team. "My coworkers are always challenging me to improve, whether it’s related to Microsoft or on the ping pong table." With his knack for problem-solving and drive toward solving challenges, John has become a valuable addition to our behind-the-scenes team.
