Nasir Syed

Nasir is an experienced IT Systems Administrator with a strong background in cybersecurity and cloud technologies. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Computer Science and a concentration in Cyber Security, he brings expertise in SSL/TLS configuration, vulnerability scanning, firewall setups, and cloud deployment. With certifications from industry leaders like AWS, IBM, and Microsoft, Nasir is well-versed in modern IT practices, including Python and Bash scripting, to tackle complex challenges.

Known for his great attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving, Nasir excels at identifying innovative solutions and ensuring systems run efficiently and securely. At Aerie, he will be managing Licensing, AerieAssist, and MCS, ensuring these systems operate seamlessly to support the organization’s goals.

Outside of work, Nasir enjoys playing soccer, starting the day early as a proud morning person, and exploring the world of coffee as a self-proclaimed connoisseur. His passion for both technology and personal growth drives him to stay ahead in the ever-evolving IT landscape while maintaining a balanced and vibrant lifestyle.
