Sarah officially joined the Aerie team in March 2022, but she has been an integral part of the company since its inception. As Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager, Sarah focuses on building meaningful relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients understand how Microsoft solutions can improve their everyday business operations.

She leads Aerie’s partnerships, business development, and marketing efforts with a strong understanding of client needs and a talent for turning complex technology into practical, approachable solutions. Sarah also helps guide strategic initiatives across the company, ensuring Aerie’s services, partnerships, and client relationships continue to evolve alongside the organizations it supports.

Sarah is also one of the founders of Aerie Athletes, a program that sponsors athletes, teams, and events connected to charities and community causes. A lifelong athlete and three-time Ironman, she helped create the program as a way to bring together her passion for sports, community, and giving back.

Sarah’s commitment to Aerie’s growth is reflected in her curiosity, collaborative approach, and ability to bring people and ideas together.
