Taylor Gloyd

With a diverse background in education and leadership, Taylor brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Aerie team. Formerly a self-contained special education teacher, 1st-grade teacher, soccer coach, professional development leader, and inspirational speaker, Taylor has honed a unique blend of skills that drive meaningful impact in every role.

A lifelong learner, Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont and a Master’s in Special Education from Queens University of Charlotte. This strong educational foundation is complemented by a robust set of hard skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams, data analysis and reporting, project management, presentation design and delivery, training program development, and customer success planning. Taylor is also well-educated in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Platform administration, and Dataverse, showcasing a deep understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem and its business value.

Known for exceptional relationship-building, public speaking, active listening, adaptability, and leadership, Taylor thrives in collaborative environments and maintains a client-focused mindset. These soft skills, paired with a passion for innovation, make Taylor a dynamic and effective team member.

Taylor is excited to join the Charlotte Aerie office, where she will work alongside a talented group of professionals to help clients achieve success through innovative solutions.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys life in North Carolina with her two beloved dogs, Topper and Tatum, and can often be found belting out favorite tunes at karaoke.
